Housing Navigator
Under 1 Roof is seeking a passionate Housing Navigator dedicated to ending homelessness in Dallas and Collin Counties. This role focuses on engaging individuals experiencing homelessness and connecting them with permanent housing and essential services.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, matching clients to appropriate housing interventions, accompanying clients through the lease-up process, and collaborating with system partners to secure housing. The position operates primarily in the field, requiring flexibility to work in diverse environments such as emergency shelters, encampments, and apartment complexes.

Rapid Rehousing Case Manager
The Rapid Rehousing Case Manager provides intensive case management services to chronically homeless individuals and families fleeing domestic violence. This role requires knowledge and experience in Housing First principles, mental health, addictive disorders, and benefits eligibility, particularly as they relate to homelessness.
The Case Manager will assist participants in transitioning from homelessness to stable housing through rapid rehousing programs. Responsibilities include facilitating successful housing placements, connecting participants to mental health and substance abuse treatment resources, and providing ongoing housing stabilization support. The Case Manager will also collaborate with community agencies, charities, and government programs to ensure participants receive comprehensive support services.
